I'm writing this review about Bonnie Milcarek, the Associate Broker at Welcome Home Real Estate who helped me sell my late sister's co-op apartment in Woodside, Queens, just in the nick of time before Corona virus hit New York. To say that she saved the day is an understatement - it's more like I was one of the last passengers trying to get off the Titanic and she showed up with a lifeboat. I don't live in New York, so a friend had recommended a different real estate agent, but she got sick (not from Covid-19) soon after taking on the project. We had lost several valuable months and I was getting afraid that we would never find a buyer as winter set in, so Bonnie got involved. She sprang into action, got the apartment staged virtually, listed it everywhere, and showed it many, many times during an intensive 48 hour period. She helped me choose the best (not the highest) offer, and that advice was invaluable because the co-op board approved the buyer without any delay.
